In the course of our business, we are committed to protecting your personal information and that of the recipients of an order you place, and of being transparent about what information we hold. We take all reasonable steps in line with our Privacy Policy and current GDPR legislation to protect the personal information you give us to fulfil and dispatch your order. This information as part of the buying and selling process consists of your name, address, email address and telephone number if you choose, and the same necessary details in order to deliver your order to the recipient.
Other than passing on essential delivery details to our courier, we will never share your or the recipient's personal information with a third party. After placing an order you will automatically receive an email to confirm your order has been placed and a further email to confirm that the order has been dispatched. If necessary, a further email/s may be sent to advise about the progress of your order.
We may, if necessary, contact the recipient of your order if the courier advises us that there is an issue regarding delivery.
Aside from contacting the recipient if there is an issue with delivery or if you instruct us specifically to do so, we never contact recipients of orders placed on their behalf. This includes for the marketing of our products or services, or for any other purpose. We will never share their personal information with a third party.
